Chrome Enterprise Premium

On request
Course description

This training shows you how to build data loss rules directly in the browser with Chrome Enterprise Premium, from your first rule through watermarking and URL filtering to context-aware access. We run it as a closed course on request, in-house or virtually.

What Chrome Enterprise Premium controls in the browser

Rules trigger when a file is uploaded or downloaded, content is pasted or printed, or a URL is visited. Each rule can block the action, allow it with a warning or only audit it. According to Google Admin Help (as of September 2026), these rules apply in Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. Google does not list Android or iOS there.

The foundation is browser management in the Google Admin console with Chrome Enterprise Core, available at no additional cost (Google Admin Help). The training covers Core as far as you need it for the Premium rules. We agree on content, depth and duration with you beforehand.

Target group

The training is designed for security leads who plan data loss rules in the browser and for IT administrators who implement them in the Google Admin console. For managing Chromebooks and other ChromeOS devices, see ChromeOS Administration (Course #1811). For more on Chrome Enterprise Premium, see Secure Enterprise Browser.

Requirements

We clarify the right background upfront. Experience managing Windows or macOS clients helps. For exercises in your own environment you need Chrome Enterprise Premium licenses.
