Customization: turn a device into a use case
ISEC7 deploys Samsung Galaxy devices for dedicated use cases: digital kiosks, classroom tools, inventory scanners, in-flight magazines, field-service terminals. Boot and shutdown animations, wallpapers, lock screens and app sets are pre-configured at the factory.
Knox secures the device at hardware level: Trusted Boot verifies integrity at start-up, Knox Vault protects keys and biometrics, OEMConfig gives fine-grained policy control. Pairs naturally with Endpoint Management and Endpoint Security services.

Knox Mobile Enrollment: zero-touch out of the box
Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) registers new Galaxy devices with your UEM at first start, without manual setup-wizard steps.
On request, ISEC7 handles the initial setup, profile design and hand-over to end users. Scales from 50 to 50,000 devices.
For public-sector and KRITIS customers: combine Knox with the indigo VS-NfD platform for iOS to deploy a consistent mobile security baseline across Android and iOS.

Frequently asked questions about Samsung Knox at ISEC7
What is Samsung Knox and what is it used for?
Samsung Knox is a defense-grade security and management platform built directly into Samsung Galaxy smartphones, tablets and wearables. Knox combines hardware-based security (Knox Vault, Trusted Boot, Real-Time Kernel Protection), certified cryptography (FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria CC EAL4+) and management APIs for branding, enrollment and compliance. More than 1 billion active Knox devices. Trusted by US DoD, the German BSI and UK NCSC.
What does "Samsung Knox Premium MSP Partner" mean?
A Samsung Knox Premium Managed Service Provider is a Samsung-certified partner with proven expertise in delivering and managing Knox solutions. ISEC7 has certified Knox experts who work closely with the Samsung team and support customers with configuration, enrollment and day-to-day operation of Samsung device fleets.
Which Samsung devices can be managed with Knox?
All current Samsung Galaxy smartphones, tablets and selected wearables with the Knox platform. ISEC7 is happy to discuss which models fit your specific use case.
How does Knox management differ from a classic MDM or UEM?
Classic EMM and UEM systems manage devices primarily at the OS level. Knox goes further and enables hardware-level controls: boot and shutdown animations, wallpapers, lock screens, OEM branding and hardware-based security functions such as Knox Vault. ISEC7 combines both worlds and integrates Knox into your existing UEM landscape (BlackBerry, Ivanti, Omnissa, Intune). For your IT team's continuous education, ISEC7 offers dedicated Samsung Knox trainings.
How does Knox enrollment work for a device fleet?
Enrollment is automated via Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME). Devices are registered with your management system out of the box on first start, without manual setup-wizard steps. On request, ISEC7 handles the initial setup and supports you with configuration for different use cases.
What certifications does Samsung Knox carry?
Samsung Knox is FIPS 140-2 certified, holds Common Criteria CC EAL4+ and is reviewed by the German BSI for VS-NfD use. Knox devices are deployed worldwide across government, defense, KRITIS and financial services.
How does Samsung Knox fit NIS2, CMMC and VS-NfD?
For KRITIS operators in scope of NIS2, Knox provides documented protection of mobile endpoints. For defense suppliers in scope of CMMC 2.0, Knox simplifies protecting FCI and CUI on mobile devices. For indigo VS-NfD environments, see the indigo platform.
