Course description

This Course provides the essential working knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM cloud-based solution, including details on configure the system, to providea cmplete device, apps, and content management solution.

Through hands-on labs, you will configure profiles, policies and settings for a wide range of mobile devices, including Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Windows 11. You will also get important information about licensing and support gaining a valuable insight into troubleshooting.

Target group

This workshop is designed for IT professionals involved in mobile devices deployments, from server-side administration to end-user device enrollment and configuration with Neurons for MDM (cloud-based). Basic experience specific to mobile device management is recommended. Experience with Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and/or Windows 11 devices and UEM solutions in general would be beneficial.
