Course description
In this course you’ll review core Google Admin console features and functionalities, and ChromeOS tenets and best practices. You’ll learn how to manage devices and users from Google Admin console and troubleshoot common concerns. You’ll also review ChromeOS security processes and learn how to configure and manage policies and identity features.
Many of the modules in this course align with the topics included in the Professional ChromeOS Administrator certification exam, so it can serve as a helpful reference guide as you prepare to sit the exam.
This course will help you to determine whether you’re ready to take the exam or if you still need to review concepts or topics to prepare.
Target group
This workshop is designed for IT professionals involved in endpoints deployments, from server-side administration to end-user device enrollment and configuration. Basic experience specific to mobile device management is recommended. Experience with Android and/or ChromeOS devices, as well as other mobile devices and UEM solutions in general, would be beneficial.
