The S/4HANA Sales package

enables mobile access to customer information in SAP S/4HANA Customer Management Sales via smartphone and tablet.

 

The S/4HANA sales package combines the ERP Sales and CRM package and is based on the S/4HANA Customer Management AddOn.

 

Sales representatives are able to prepare for customer visits with upcoming activities and get real

time customer’s information during the meeting such as delivery dates, order status, and pricing.  

Right after the visit sales opportunities and follow up activities can be updated quickly.
