Nearly each technician in customer service or plant maintenance uses a smartphone. But usually for private use and not to enter the data of the confirmation and to send the data directly to SAP! Paper is still used in many cases. The printout needs to be distributed to the technician, they need to fill it out and bring it back to back office, where it is entered manually into SAP with typos and missing information.
